Currently serving as Director across multiple manufacturing units in Asia and the Gulf region, providing strategic leadership, operational governance, and industry expertise. His qualifications and hands-on experience have been instrumental in positioning Asia Plate Steel as a recognized and specialized manufacturer of high quality steel billets, driven by operational excellence, technical precision, and consistent performance.

A seasoned finance professional with 16+ years of specialized experience across corporate finance, supply chain management, and financial strategy. Holds a Master’s degree and a Doctorate, reflecting strong academic depth combined with practical, results-driven execution.

Possesses deep expertise in mergers and amalgamations, equity structuring and ratio optimization, working capital management, and banking & financial operations. Brings a comprehensive understanding of SCM integration, administrative controls, financial governance, and accounting systems, ensuring alignment between operational performance and financial discipline.
