Steel scrap is carefully graded and segregated by carbon content and quality. Controlled additions of DRI, HBI, ferro-alloys, and aluminium ensure precise chemical composition. Casting parameters, temperature control, and water quenching are carefully regulated to produce billets free from surface and internal defects.
